Glacial Lakes Area Development (GLAD) is a community based nonprofit serving Marshall County, South Dakota. GLAD was established to lead and coordinate economic and community development in the area. Our goal is to help our businesses prosper and enhance the quality of life for our residents. 

Our primary focuses are community and business development, housing, tourism, and youth engagement. We provide business financing to aspiring entrepreneurs and existing businesses through our business loan funds. Below you will find a sample of some of our other services.
